Studio Rental Terms of Service

1. Studio Reservations and Payment

• Studio reservation invoices must be paid within 48 hours of booking.

• Reservations will be canceled if an invoice remains unpaid after 48 hours.

• The studio cannot be reserved until all outstanding invoices are paid, including invoices for hosting or editing services.

2. Studio Services

• The studio provides audio recording services for up to 4 people.

• A producer will be available to assist during recording sessions.

• Raw audio and video files will be provided to clients.

3. Editing Services

• Editing services are available upon request. Please inquire about pricing and turnaround times.

4. Parking Information

• Parking is available in the garage off of W Blenkner Street or at a meter on High Street.

• Towing is enforced in the lot behind the building.
